Silvers Info for Coaches-

The q-time for Event #17, Boys 11/12 200 IM is incorrectly stated in the TM Events File.  The correct 'faster than' time should be 2:59.99 (not 2:49.00 as stated).  the Meet Manager file has been changed, however, as you may have started you entries, the easiest way to update at your end is to change this q-time in Team Manager using the following steps:

In team Manager, go to 'Meets' and click "NJ YMCA Silver State Championship', click on 'Events' and highlight (click) on Event 17 (Boys 11/12 200 IM).  Click 'Edit' at the top of your screen and change the 'faster than' time from 2:49.00 to 2:25.99 then click 'OK'.  this will change the standard without affecting your entries.

We have been in contact with an organization to assist you in making hotel reservations for the Y State Championship meet in Lancaster, PA, since some of you may not be familiar with the area.

Please feel free to contact Jennifer Binkle (pronounced Binkley) with the Lancaster County PA Dutch Convention and Visitor Bureau.  Her toll free number is (866) 729-5132.  She is very willing to help you find the accomodations that you need.  She is in regular contact with the hotels in the area & their reservation status.  She is able to recommend and/or essentially make reservations for you and will save you time.  Free free to use her services - Lancaster County is a heavy tourism area and they are used to big groups coming into the area.
